This Stainless Steel Retort/Kiln doesn’t need any external energy and each standard unit can produce up to 240 ton charcoal per year and the charcoal will meet world’s highest required standards set in Europe for barbeque charcoal, the  EN 1860-2:2005.

This High Performance Continuous Charcoal Production System includes:

• 3 Carbonizing inner pots
• Digital kiln temperature monitoring
• Digital outlet temperature monitoring
• Digital Gas flow meter
• Adjustable combustion gases and oxygen injection

From this new generation and energy-saving carbonization retort is the inner pot changeable and can placed outside the retort for cooling. This increases the production with 4 times.

Also this new high tech retort/kiln adopts the structure of a unique air storage chamber that fully reuses the smoke that is produced during the carbonization process.

60-75% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization which save energy and increase the revenue of the enterprise.

Produced charcoal will be equal or better than the European Union EN 1860 standards set for barbecue charcoal and charcoal briquettes.
